We are committed to building a prosperous and fulfilling relationship with you. Please take a moment to review our return and exchange policies:

We do not offer refunds. We provide store credit or exchanges only. Items may be repaired, replaced, or exchanged in cases of damages or defects. Custom or modified items are not eligible for return or exchange. Upon arrival, please inspect your items immediately for any defects, damages, or stains. We cannot accept returns or exchanges more than 7 days after the date of arrival.

Please note that all of our jewelry is handmade, so no two pieces are exactly alike, and variations in color, size, and design are part of their unique charm.

All returns must be in the pre-pack six pack, broken packs will not be accepted. Items returned in broken or damaged packaging will not be accepted. If a return or exchange is approved after the 7-day window, a 30% restocking fee will be applied to the store credit or exchanged items.

Please note that all discounted items are final sale, with no exceptions.

To initiate a return or exchange, please send the item(s) along with your invoice and a note stating whether you prefer store credit or an exchange for size or item.
